Digital Marketing Strategist

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Salary Range: Rs. 3.5 – 5.5 LPA (Depending on experience and skillset)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies for client brands, focused on measurable results and brand growth.

- Lead multi-channel performance campaigns (Social Media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Influencer, Content).

- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop campaign materials.

- Conduct client meetings and strategy discussions to understand their goals and align digital plans accordingly.

- Prepare and present marketing strategies, pitch decks, reports, and insights to clients and internal teams.

- Regularly analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize results.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.

- Support BTL activation planning where required to align with digital campaigns.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with strategic campaign planning & execution.

- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, Analytics.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

- Excellent client-handling skills with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Strong written and verbal communication in English.

- Proactive, young, confident, and presentable personality with a business-oriented mindset.

- Open to occasional travel or client visits for better campaign planning & coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
