Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Aligarh. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms and optimizing online marketing efforts. Daily tasks will include content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring effective communication across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Strong skills in Online Marketing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the news, media, and marketing industry is a plus

Key Responsibility

Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Uber suggest, SEMrush basics)

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube content

Assist in social media content planning, posting & performance tracking

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite

Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy with fresh ideas and market research

WHO SHOULD APPLY

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience

Digital marketing course or certification preferred or experienced candidate (Google, Meta, HubSpot,etc.)

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a startup environment
