Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Aligarh. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training and mentoring junior sales staff and overseeing sales management tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training to junior staff
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing and media services is a plus
