Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead our digital marketing team, including executives and interns, and take ownership of projects and client strategies. This role combines strong strategic thinking with creative execution and requires someone who can handle multiple projects with energy and focus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, including executives and interns

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for clients across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

Develop creative branding strategies tailored to each client’s unique identity and business goals

Coordinate projects from client brief to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns

Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, content strategy, and branding, and apply them effectively

Maintain strong communication with clients, presenting strategies and results clearly and confidently

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting

Strong understanding of platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools

Leadership skills with the ability to manage people and projects efficiently

A natural flair for creativity and storytelling

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
