Job Description: PPC Team Lead

Role Overview:

As a PPC Team Lead, you will oversee and execute a wide range of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various digital channels. You will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring client success through data-driven decisions and innovative strategies. The role involves a mix of hands-on campaign management, creative ideation, and leadership, all while maintaining a strong focus on achieving results in the e-commerce niche.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Create, plan, and execute diverse PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
• Oversee existing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
• Manage and optimize merchant center accounts and product feeds.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

• Analyze trends and campaign data to drive decision-making and identify optimization opportunities.
• Produce detailed analysis and performance reports for campaigns.

Creative Development:

• Write engaging ad copy and proofread content for quality and effectiveness.
• Make creative suggestions for advert templates and designs to improve engagement.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the PPC team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance team members' skills and performance.

Client Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing insights and recommendations tailored to their goals.
• Maintain and manage strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and campaign success.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Leadership experience in managing a PPC or digital marketing team.
