Role Description



We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong experience in B2B marketing, especially in IT/ITES, or technology services. You will lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content distribution, partner marketing, and social media programs to drive growth, pipeline, and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B and SaaS.
• Proven track record in managing paid media, social media, and SEO campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Experience in handling GTM strategies for product launches and partner-led campaigns.
• Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Mailchimp, Canva, and Jasper.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to convert data into compelling marketing strategies.
• Project and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
