Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, conversions). ✅ Plan and manage campaigns across **SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising**. ✅ Oversee the company’s social media presence and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. ✅ Optimize campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.). ✅ Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on spend. ✅ Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create high-quality assets and campaigns. ✅ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. ✅ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 💼 **5+ years of experience** in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 📊 Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media ads, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms. 🛠 Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). ✍ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📈 Proven track record of driving measurable business results through digital campaigns. 🤝 Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage vendors/agencies, and work cross-functionally.
