Digital Marketing- Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Google Ads Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end campaign execution across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented and well-versed with Google Ads tools, analytics platforms, and industry best practices. This is a hands-on role for someone who can deliver performance-driven results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to improve targeting accuracy.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
• Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
• Develop and present clear, actionable performance reports on a regular basis.
• Maintain and manage Google Merchant Center accounts and product feeds (if applicable).
• Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google Ads campaigns independently.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and best practices.
• Performance marketing
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Feed optimization is a plus.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into measurable results.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Google Ads Certification is preferred.
