About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies to drive online visibility, increase web traffic, and generate qualified leads for our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic traffic
• Develop lead generation strategies across various platforms
• Create engaging content and email marketing campaigns
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine marketing efforts
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and B2B lead generation (minimum 1 years preferred)
• Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
