Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or freshers who are passionate about online marketing, social media, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing:

• Assist in managing company profiles on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to drive engagement and follower growth.
• Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and report on weekly social media metrics.

Digital Marketing:

• Support execution of digital campaigns (email, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Research trends and competitors to identify digital marketing opportunities.
• Conduct basic keyword research for content optimization (SEO).

Analytics & Reporting:

• Assist in tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics.

Content Support:

• Write and proofread basic content for blogs, captions, and ad copies.
• Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in social media trends and digital platforms.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• trong interest in both social media marketing and UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design consistency.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

• Internship or project experience in marketing or content creation.
• Knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
