Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion strategies are aligned with business goals. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for search engines. Content Marketing: Plan and create engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop creative campaigns to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Paid Advertising: Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms. Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities and outcomes. Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other email performance metrics. Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 02 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Proficiency in SEO tools. Hands-on experience with social media management and paid ad platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
