Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience, who has strong hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate should be up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and be capable of executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page SEO factors
• Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat strategies
• Monitor and improve keyword rankings and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Develop and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
• Monitor social media trends and engagement analytics
• Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for reach, clicks, and conversions
• Manage community engagement, respond to messages, comments, and reviews

Other Responsibilities:

• Track and report campaign performance regularly
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers for integrated campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in SEO and SMM
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
