Digital Marketing Analyst

Overview

PENNEP is seeking a highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The candidate will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads and sales. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
• Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimisation (SEO).
• Analyse campaign data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to continually improve campaign performance.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
• Experience with digital marketing automation software
• Experience with web design and development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
