Digital Advertising Specialist

Job Type- Full TIme Location - Gurgaon Haryana Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign setup, performance monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimization to drive ROI and meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: Set up and launch ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and industry trends. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques. Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads. Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools like Google Analytics and platform-native dashboards. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience working in a digital agency or managing large-scale multi-channel campaigns. Familiarity with audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
