Job Description

Conduct quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products as per QC guidelines. Identify, report, and document deviations or defects with photographic and written records. Coordinate with Production, Design, and Merchandising teams to resolve quality concerns. Maintain QC reports, checklists, and batch-wise inspection records. Tag and isolate defective items and ensure timely corrective action is taken. Support in training team members and workers on quality protocols and best practices. Perform random batch inspections and assist in final dispatch QC. Ensure adherence to SOPs and recommend improvements for quality processes. Skills Knowledge of Polki, Kundan, Chakri, and Diamond jewellery (preferred). Detail-oriented with strong observation and documentation skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word for report preparation. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight timelines.
