Desktop Support Intern – Hiring Now!

Location: Vimannagar, Pune

Desktop Support Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktop systems efficiently.
Operating Systems:
Work with common desktop OS platforms such as
Windows, macOS, and Linux
.
Hardware Expertise:
Understand and manage components like
CPUs, memory, storage devices, and peripherals
.
Software Applications:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot commonly used applications, including
Microsoft Office Suite
and other productivity tools.
Networking Knowledge:
Apply basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi) to identify and fix connectivity issues.
Problem Solving:
Diagnose root causes of technical problems and implement timely and effective solutions.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as
CCNA, CCNP
(or equivalent) are preferred.
