Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Handle OS installations, upgrades, and patches (Windows/Mac).
• Set up and support video conferencing and remote access tools.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Ensure system security through antivirus and OS updates.
• Provide support for office IT infrastructure like LAN, routers, switches, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT tools.
• Good understanding of basic networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT certifications like CompTIA A+, MCP, or similar are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
