Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting Create and customize nameplate designs using CorelDRAW based on customer requirements. Prepare and share digital drafts and previews of custom nameplates with customers for approval before production. Ensure all design files meet print media standards for production quality. Customer Handling Communicate effectively with customers via email, calls, and chat to understand and fulfill customization needs. Address queries about products, customization, and order status throughout the process. Provide an excellent customer experience by being responsive, attentive, and proactive. Order Processing & Fulfilment Manage and process Shopify orders, ensuring accuracy from purchase through production to delivery. Coordinate with the production team to facilitate timely completion and dispatch of orders. Update order status in Shopify and inform customers as their orders progress. Collaboration & Reporting Work with internal teams such as production, logistics, and support to resolve any issues quickly. Maintain records of customer communications, design files, and order processing details for future reference.
