Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user journeys across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate functional use cases into high-fidelity and low-fidelity designs.
  • Propose and iterate on visual design concepts through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continual product improvement.
  • Research UX design trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies to keep our platform innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Work on building new product features from scratch or enhancing existing ones to meet user needs.
  • Communicate your design intent clearly to internal teams and articulate the rationale behind your design decisions.
  • Contribute ideas to shape the product roadmap and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Embrace feedback and iterate designs to achieve a balanced and user-centered solution.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS/B. Arch in a design-related field (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of current design patterns and guidelines for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Understanding of design systems and their application in creating consistent, scalable experiences.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, inVision or Sketch.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to design responsive solutions for various device types (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your UX skills across different projects and design stages.
  • Experience of working with HR Tech platforms is not mandatory but a plus.
