Education Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer Trainee with a background in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, with a strong willingness to learn and contribute to product design, drafting, and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Support the engineering team in developing detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Work on design modifications and improvements under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and quality departments.
• Conduct basic calculations and tolerance analysis to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain and organize design files and drawing records.
• Adhere to industry and company design standards and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering concepts.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Basic understanding of FEA and simulation tools.
• Exposure to product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
