Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution o Support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. o Assist in developing detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation. o Monitor project progress and report deviations from plans. 2. Team & Stakeholder Coordination o Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.) and external vendors. o Support effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives. 3. Risk & Issue Management o Identify potential risks and issues proactively. o Recommend and implement mitigation strategies. 4. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, approvals, and correspondence. o Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes. 5. Compliance & Quality Control o Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards. o Support audit and compliance activities related to project execution. 6. Budget Management o Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses. o Help in cost control and variance analysis. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) or MEP with Electrical exposure. PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus. 8–10 years of experience in project execution and management. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
