The Big Picture As we expand our presence globally, we seek a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth and accelerate customer acquisition. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, owning the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the funnel. You will work closely with the sales, customer success, operations and product teams to develop targeted strategies that resonate with our audience, leveraging digital channels, content marketing, ABM, and automation tools to maximize impact. What you can expect as a Demand Generation Manager at Illumine-i: Develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and sales pipeline. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of demand-focused marketers. Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, ABM, paid media, and email. Optimize lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion in collaboration with sales. Leverage automation, analytics, and CRM tools to measure and refine performance. Stay ahead of trends, testing new strategies to maximize impact. Essential Qualifications include: 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, Revops or performance marketing. 3+ years of experience leading a team, with a track record of coaching and developing marketers. Expertise in B2B marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools Strong knowledge of ABM, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and funnel optimization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience in marketing/sales in the solar, cleantech, engineering, or related industries across NATAM/MENA/EU/Oceania markets. Show more Show less
