Location: Vadodara Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: VP of Operations & Strategic Growth

Shift: 2 p.m.–10 p.m. IST with Florida & Toronto

Key Responsibilities:

● Ship AI products end-to-end—mobile apps, MedinovAI APIs, and agent workflows—using Scrum boards and GitHub mono-repo automations

● Orchestrate cross-border squads of AI/ML engineers, DevOps, QA, data scientists, and technical writers while syncing with Clinical Ops and Revenue Cycle teams

● Scale the Agent Factory: refine our n8n templates so every new workflow includes logging, Secrets Manager hooks, Mattermost notifications, and Codex validation out of the box

● Lock compliance early: embed audit evidence collection into pipelines; pass HIPAA & SOC 2 checks with zero-touch exports

● Forecast and unblock perform weekly Monte-Carlo simulations on Jira data; use a 2 % discretionary “red-flag” budget for instant fixes

Coach for AI-first culture: run fortnightly demos showing how new releases replaced manual steps, capturing the savings in an ROI ledger

Must-Have Experience

● 5+ yrs leading delivery of cloud software with heavy AI/ML components in regulated domains

● Hands-on depth with GitHub Actions, Docker/K8s, Terraform or Pulumi, and at least one agent framework (LangChain, Semantic-Kernel, etc.)

● Proven record rolling out CI/CD that auto-tests, auto-documents, and auto-deploys without CLI access

● Comfortable translating CEO-level vision into Jira epics, then into n8n/GitHub workflows that self-update weekly

Good to have

● Healthcare data pipelines (FHIR, HL7); Mirth Connect integrations

● Running large-scale RAG systems or vector DB ops (Weaviate, Qdrant)

● PMP or Scrum Master plus a track record of killing “status meetings” by replacing them with dashboards
