Delivery Lead - Dot Net Full Stack Developer & React

Job Description

Job Purpose We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using C#/.NET and frontend development using React with TypeScript. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, integrating with MySQL/SQL databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Candidate are expected to bring extensive knowledge in best practices on .net development and deployment, collaboration with version control systems, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure. Desired Skills and experience  Minimum 7 years’ experience in full stack application development.  Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on .NET, React and SQL  Familiarity with C# and Typescript (essential)  Strong understanding of web technologies and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem  Strong understanding of Web Services/APIs (essential)  Azure experience (essential)  Understanding of relational databases  Familiarity with secure software development practices (desirable)  Familiarity with security within CI/CD (desirable)  Familiarity with OWASP standards or comparable (desirable)  Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies  An analytical mind, strong attention to detail and desire to probe further into data  The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues  Commercial and business awareness  Passionate about security  Good communication skills – both written and verbal  Motivated to pick up new technologies  Naturally driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn  Experience within the pharma domain is a bonus Key Responsibilities  Front-end Development: Design and implement user interfaces using React, creating reusable components, managing state and props, and handling events to build responsive and interactive applications.  Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs using .NET, ensuring seamless interaction between databases, servers, and users.  Database Management: Manage databases, including data modeling, database design, and querying using SQL database. Strong knowledge in fine tuning the SQL stored procedures and improving performance challenges of backend systems.  Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring rapid delivery of software.  Security and Best Practices: Implement security measures and best practices in application development, staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
