About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Engineer with expertise in training statistical, analytical, and LLM-based models. The ideal candidate should have practical experience applying AI in real-world scenarios, especially in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and integrating models through REST APIs.

Hands-on experience in training ML models on local infrastructure or on-prem servers is a great advantage, demonstrating your ability to handle data securely and optimize performance outside of the cloud.

You’ll also work on agentic AI frameworks, such as Crew AI, and communication protocols like MCP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Train and fine-tune statistical models, analytical models, and LLMs using structured/ unstructured datasets.
• Build and maintained end-to-end AI pipelines for training, tuning and deployment.
• Integrate trained models via REST API-based services into production systems.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) for intelligent document retrieval and AI search features.
• Collaborate on building intelligent agentic workflows using Crew AI and MCP Protocols.
• Deploy and optimize AI systems in cloud platforms(AWS, Azureor GCP).
• Collaborate with full-stack teams to integrate AI into applications effectively.

Required Skills :

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and ML model training.
• Proficiency in training statistical and analytical models, including fine-tuning LLMs.
• Strong skills in Python, Node.js, and experience working with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of vector database and retrieval-based AI design.
• Familiarity with Crew AI, agentic workflows, and MCP Protocol.
• Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding and experience with REST APIs for AI integrations.

Good to Have :

• Experience in training ML models on local servers or on-prem infrastructure (a strong advantage).
• Frontend exposure with ReactJS for AI-enabled UI development.
• Worked in both startups and MNCs, showing adaptability and delivery ownership.
• Basic understanding of algorithm design.
• AI/ML Certifications such as:
• AWS Certified Machine Learning– Specialty
• Google Cloud ML Engineer
• Azure AI Engineer Associate
• IBM AI Engineering Certificate
