Data analyst and ecomm specialist

We are a dynamic, growth-focused organization operating in the [insert your industry, e.g., retail/e-commerce/FMCG] space. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data Analyst & E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team in Andheri MIDC.

Role Overview:

This is a dual-role position for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data-backed decisions and managing our e-commerce operations across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics:

• Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
• Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on key performance metrics
• Support management with actionable insights for business strategy and operations
• Monitor ROI on campaigns, product listings, and promotions using data tools
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates for internal teams

E-commerce Operations:

• Manage and monitor listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C website
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, promotions, and customer service
• Work with marketplace managers and external partners to drive growth
• Track and optimize product performance, visibility, and content on platforms
• Ensure timely execution of orders, promotions, and campaigns

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and/or e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets (advanced level)
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, etc.
• Working knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and basic e-commerce operations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional tasks independently

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or any BI tools is a plus
• Prior experience in a D2C/e-commerce brand will be preferred
