Role Description

This is a paid internship. After evaluation, you will be offered a full-time role as a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will provide technical and product support to Ulgebra's customers through email and tickets. They will also be responsible for identifying trends in customer inquiries and communicating them to the appropriate teams within Ulgebra. The Customer Support Engineer will also be the primary liaison between the customers and other teams in Ulgebra.


Freshers are preferred.


Qualifications

  • 0-2 years experience in a Customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services, pricing, and policies.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
