Customer Support Intern

You will be joining our team as a Support Executive, where your primary focus will be on enhancing client confidence in our organization and the services we offer. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries or issues related to our software products. You will be expected to provide timely resolutions by analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating problems, as well as gathering and analyzing data to diagnose software issues. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, test software functionality, make necessary configurations and settings adjustments, and create documentation for new hires during the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with IT staff and other departments to address complex technical issues and communicate with external vendors providing maintenance and support services for our software. To be successful in this position, you should have 1-3 years of proven experience in customer support, a strong understanding of software methodologies, tools, and processes, and experience in writing clear implementation documentation. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle customers and clients in Europe and the USA. You will also be responsible for creating reports based on client feedback to help us improve our services and products.
