Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Noida.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Software Service experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of photography and photo editing tools is a plus
  • Ongoing education in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, is preferred
