Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Addressing Customer Inquiries: Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies across various communication channels. 2. Managing Claims Process: Assist customers with filing and following up on claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution. 3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 4. Processing and Updating Customer Requests: Handle requests for policy renewals, cancellations, amendments, and updates to customer details. 5. Providing Support for Payments and Billing Inquiries: Assist customers with premium payments, billing issues, and clarification of charges or refunds. 6. Upselling and Cross-Selling Insurance Products: Suggest relevant additional products or services to customers based on their needs and current coverage. 7. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in the system. 8. Providing Feedback and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management to improve products and services. 9. Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies: Adhere to company guidelines, regulatory standards, and ensure data protection when handling customer information.
