A rapidly growing B2B SaaS company in the data intelligence and AI-driven insights space, serving sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams with a powerful people-intelligence platform.Role & Responsibilities
  • Onboard & Train Clients: Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, deliver interactive product training sessions, and ensure rapid time-to-value.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary post-purchase contact, building trust and guiding clients to adopt key platform features.
  • Drive Adoption & ROI: Proactively monitor usage metrics, identify opportunities to deepen engagement, and share best practices to maximize client ROI.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Act as first responder for customer challenges; coordinate with engineering, support, and product teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Renewals & Upsell Growth: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contract renewals, and collaborate with sales to expand customer footprint.
  • Feedback & Advocacy: Gather user feedback, surface product enhancement requests to the product team, and champion voice-of-customer initiatives.

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within a B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; adept at diagnosing issues and orchestrating cross-functional solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize workloads, and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data-driven customer health metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Prior sales or relationship management background, with a track record of hitting renewal and upsell targets
