Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Indore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing incoming calls, emails, and chat requests, processing orders, and liaising with other departments to resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Customer Support, Customer Service skills
Experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
