Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client communications, building strong relationships, scheduling site visits, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the property buying process. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits, meetings, and follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with queries related to properties, documentation, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth handovers and customer support.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to higher management if necessary.
• Maintain and update CRM software with customer data, interactions, and follow-up status.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and leads.
• Ensure post-sales support and build customer loyalty through proactive communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate processes (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
