Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Controller to manage and oversee booking operations, documentation, invoicing, collections, and client coordination in a dynamic real estate environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, financial processes, and customer handling to ensure smooth transaction flow from booking to possession. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain booking control processes including allotment, invoicing, collections, and cancellations. Prepare and issue key documents such as: Welcome Letters, Allotment Letters Builder-Buyer Agreement (BBA) Tripartite Agreements (TPT) Demand Letters, Possession Letters, Refund Letters Handle day-to-day coordination with customers, brokers, and internal teams. Maintain and monitor customer accounts , including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. Validate billing accuracy by identifying and rectifying invoices without Purchase Orders (POs). Conduct follow-ups for collections and coordinate with branches to resolve discrepancies. Utilize software tools like Farvision, SAP, and Tally for data entry and financial record management. Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review. Organize internal review meetings and update stakeholders on delayed payments or operational bottlenecks. Train and supervise junior staff or support teams as needed. Maintain high standards of customer service while adhering to company policies and timelines. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong command over invoice processing , collection follow-ups , and payment reconciliation Proficiency in Farvision , SAP , Tally , and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of real estate operational documentation and legal compliance Excellent client handling and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects or client accounts Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proactive problem-solving approach with cross-functional coordination Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Experience in real estate operations, finance, or customer service roles preferred
