Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with Sukoon’s core focus: rural development, climate action, and sustainable agriculture

• Identify partnership opportunities with PSUs, CSR departments of large companies, government schemes, and NGOs

• Write proposals to secure CSR funding

  for subsidized farming tools, pilot projects, and tech empowerment of rural communities
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, sales, and operations) to align on-ground initiatives with CSR goals

• Monitor impact, gather data from field teams,

  and prepare reports for partners, donors, and compliance
• Stay up to date with CSR compliance (Companies Act 2013, Schedule VII, etc.) and prepare documentation accordingly
• Represent Sukoon at CSR and sustainability-focused events, expos, and forums

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in CSR,

  rural development, or sustainability roles (corporate or nonprofit)
• Experience working with CSR arms of companies, agri/rural NGOs, or government development programs
• Strong proposal writing and project reporting skills

• Deep understanding of CSR laws

  and funding cycles in India
• Comfortable traveling occasionally to project sites in rural areas

• Bonus: Experience with electric mobility, sustainable farming, or climate-smart technologies is a big plus
