Role Overview

• Supervise field teams
• Provide print/product materials to prospects
• Track all interactions through the CRM
• You need to

  own a vehicle

  , be willing to travel daily, and know the industrial equipment and facilities management landscape well.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites (campuses, urban farms, industries etc) to generate interest and collect leads
• Supervise and motivate the field team for daily outreach targets
• Provide brochures, samples, and product materials to potential clients
• Ensure every lead is updated and followed up via CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)
• Coordinate with the central sales and marketing team for demo requests or escalations
• Regularly report on lead funnel, conversion status, and team activity

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in

  campus maintenance tools, landscaping equipment, urban farm products, or facilities management tech

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Must have

  own two-wheeler or four-wheeler

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead tracking
• Willingness to travel daily across Delhi NCR
