Job Description

Prega World is looking for a compassionate and organized Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to act as the first point of contact for patients and ensure a smooth, supportive, and trustworthy experience throughout their fertility journey. You will be responsible for managing patient queries, guiding them through treatment plans, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction & Counselling:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients.
  • Explain treatment processes, pricing, and packages in a simple, empathetic manner.
  • Handle patient queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Lead Management:
  • Follow up with potential leads from online campaigns, social media, doctor referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Track patient inquiries using CRM software and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into consultations and procedures.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with patients.
  • Ensure consistent communication and emotional support to patients during their fertility journey.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate appointments between patients and doctors/embryologists.
  • Work closely with clinical and support teams for smooth treatment execution.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM tools.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Track patient satisfaction and suggest improvements.
  • Feedback & Service Quality:
  • Collect feedback post-treatment to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve concerns or escalate them to appropriate departments.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi; local language is a plus)
  • Empathetic and patient-centric approach
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (Leadsquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IVF processes is an added advantage
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with care.
