Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Executive located in Pune. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention, and improving overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer data, developing retention strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and working closely with the sales team to drive growth. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer care.

• Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Background in Sales to support and collaborate with the sales team
• Proven ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
