Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:


Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and

    maintain a cohesive brand identity

    across all platforms and communications.
  • Drive

    creative alignment across departments

    through strategic planning and collaboration.
  • Lead the development of brand-building campaigns

    that set the company apart in competitive markets.


Creative Development

  • Develop impactful creative concepts

    and transform them into compelling campaign narratives.
  • Build pitches and stories that communicate bold, strategic ideas to internal stakeholders

    .
  • Lead the creation of campaign materials

    , with oversight of photography, video, and design assets.


Execution & Oversight

  • Serve as

    the Brand Owner, from ideation to production

    —ensuring clarity, consistency, and integrity of the original vision.
  • Lead the execution of visual storytelling assets

    , including motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Deliver

    high-quality, creative work for both in-house projects and clients

    , while adhering to brand standards and strategic objectives.


Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Provide actionable feedback and guidance

    to cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Manage creative vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.


Market Insight & Innovation

  • Research and analyse global creative trends, cultural movements, and competitive brand positioning.

  • Identify visual and conceptual opportunities

    for differentiation and innovation.


Qualification and Experience:

  • 6+ years in a senior creative or design leadership role, ideally across brand, digital, and campaign development.
  • Deep experience in

    brand building from the ground up

    —from visual identity and tone of voice to campaign execution.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, design excellence, and strategic impact.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams with a collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite

    and

    Figma

    ; strong working knowledge of

    Webflow

    or basic front-end technologies to collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • A balance of big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution.
