WE ARE HIRING!!Crane Production/Manufacturing Engineer Experience Required: 3–4 Years Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad, Department: Production/ManufacturingQualifications and Skills:* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in crane manufacturing or heavy fabrication industry.* Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.* Familiarity with crane parts and mechanical assemblies.* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols.* Good understanding of production planning and control.* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications (Optional):* Experience with ERP systems or production management software.* Exposure to quality control and NDT techniques in crane fabrication. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the crane manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of welding technology, fabrication processes, and manufacturing parts associated with cranes. The role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities:* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities related to crane manufacturing.* Ensure production processes follow established safety and quality standards.* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing teams.* Monitor welding processes and ensure compliance with welding standards and procedures.* Ensure timely availability of raw materials and crane components for uninterrupted production.* Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes. * Maintain documentation for production records, inspection reports, and material usage. * Ensure adherence to production timelines and identify areas for efficiency improvements. * Train and guide shop floor technicians and welders in best practices and safety compliance. * Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production defects or delays.interested candidate can share resume via mail or WhatsApp Email: gayatri@arvindrubber.comWhatsApp: +91 8469719657
