We are seeking an experienced and dynamic corporate pastry chef to lead and oversee all bakery & pastry operations across our central kitchen, restaurants, and new unit openings pan-India. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for innovation in pastry arts. This role involves setting up new bakery departments, ensuring quality control, managing P&L, optimizing manpower, and driving excellence in pastry production and presentation.
