Freelance Corporate AI Trainer – Sales & Marketing Enablement We are seeking an experienced and engaging AI Trainer (Freelance/Contract) to deliver a concise training program— 5 to 10 one-hour sessions —for our Sales and Marketing team. The focus will be on building foundational AI literacy, understanding Large Language Models (LLMs), and exploring real-world applications in business workflows. This is a short-term assignment aimed at demystifying AI concepts and empowering non-technical professionals with practical knowledge to adopt AI tools effectively. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate AI Trainer to empower our Sales and Marketing teams with foundational AI understanding. This role will focus on demystifying Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), their applications, workflows, and architectures. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical concepts and practical sales/marketing use cases to drive AI readiness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery Train, Design and deliver interactive training sessions on AI fundamentals, LLM terminology, and practical applications in sales and marketing. Simplify technical concepts such as machine learning workflows, neural network architecture, and prompt engineering for non-technical audiences. Key Topics Covered: What is Artificial Intelligence and Why it Matters Introduction to Generative AI & LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) AI Terminology & Concepts: Tokens, Parameters, Embeddings, etc. LLM Architecture: Transformer models, training vs inference Workflow Basics: Data input, model inference, prompt engineering, APIs Sales & Marketing Use Cases: Lead generation, personalization, content creation, chatbots Ethics, Privacy, and Limitations of AI in business contexts Requirements: Proven experience in training, instructional design, or corporate training - Preferably with sales and marketing team. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.). Ability to translate technical information into business-relevant insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
