Job Title: Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts including creation, negotiation, approval, execution, storage, and renewal.
• Configure and maintain CLM software (e.g.,

  Icertis

  , Agiloft, Conga, SirionLabs, etc.).
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows.
• Monitor contract performance and key milestones (e.g., expirations, renewals, obligations).
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract status and performance.
• Support CLM system upgrades, testing, and user training.
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills..

Required Skills

• Experience 5 to 9 Years
• Hands on experience in CLM & CLM DocuSign, Icertis
• Good to have : DocuSign CLM specialist or Docusign Admin
