Contract Lifecycle

We are looking for a Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. As part of the global NTT DATA Group, we specialize in providing value-added SAP solutions to our customers worldwide. With over 16,000 employees in more than 30 countries, we are dedicated to developing custom-fit SAP solutions and are now seeking a talented individual to manage the full lifecycle of contracts. As a Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, negotiating, approving, executing, storing, and renewing contracts. You will work closely with legal, procurement, sales, and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will configure and maintain CLM software, develop contract templates and workflows, and monitor contract performance and key milestones. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management, with hands-on experience in CLM software such as Icertis and DocuSign. Knowledge of procurement processes, risk management, and contract law is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are also required for this role.
