Content Team Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Team Leader to manage our content team and oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of high-quality content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of language, a strategic mindset, and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of content writers, editors, and content interns
• Assign writing tasks and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery
• Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, grammar, tone, SEO, and brand alignment
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to align content with business goals
• Ensure consistent content quality across blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, etc.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and feedback sessions for the content team
• Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, leads) and optimize content strategy accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools in digital content and SEO

Requirements:

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing strategies
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
• Strong leadership, planning, and team management abilities
• Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
