Content Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior Content Writer & Editor to head our equity research publishing desk. The right candidate must be a skilled writer, editor, visualizer and product manager with a passion for change and a keen sense of changing trends in research consumption. We would like at least 10 years of experience in publishing financial content and a strong understanding of how broking research is produced and disseminated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing editor – overseeing editorial standards through rewriting, restructuring and working closely with editors and analysts
• Creative director – defining content and branding for relevant websites, templates as well as transient communications
• Workflow and distribution management – overseeing the ecosystem of systems and stakeholders in research writing and publishing
• Product design and development – from templates and websites to editorial and research marketing products
• Define and maintain editorial and publishing standards through definition and training
• Liaison with external vendors and internal teams for (i) compliance and intra-group collaborations, and (ii) creatives and product design, development and execution
• Use new tools and technologies to respond to the changing ways in which clients access research
• Use automation and AI towards more efficient output and reach
• Assist the company in non-report branding and communications
