About Foster

Foster AI is an early stage Generative AI startup founded by IIT and Stanford engineers. Our mission is to deliver the benefits of Generative AI to improve healthcare outcomes. 

Our applications enhance the extent of digitisation and access to healthcare delivery by automating a wide range of documentation tasks, such as generating prescriptions, discharge summaries, and clinical trial records. Our proprietary AI technology facilitates clinical research and enhances care delivery for patients facing serious health conditions, such as cancer. Our products are being used by leading healthcare providers across the US and India.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and proactive content creator to help build and grow Foster’s community of healthcare professionals, researchers, and innovators. You’ll use content as a tool to spark conversations, build trust, and bring people into the Foster ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things—whether it’s a well-crafted LinkedIn post, a polished blog, a smart event recap, or a short video clip. You’ll start by supporting virtual events, and help convert them into engaging content that fuels an active and informed community.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Create Content That Builds Community

• Write and produce short-form and long-form content tailored to different platforms—blogs, social posts, case studies, email newsletters, and more.
• Cover real user stories, product insights, industry shifts, and conversations that matter to our audience.
• Turn events, workshops, and user conversations into high-quality content that drives engagement over time.

Support Community Engagement

• Help launch and grow Foster’s presence in online communities—LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, email lists, and beyond.
• Participate in conversations, share relevant content, and respond to trends with speed and authenticity.
• Collaborate with internal and external contributors to co-create and amplify content.
• Help strengthen Foster’s brand and thought leadership in the AI and healthcare space through consistent, high-value content.

Requirements

• A strong interest in storytelling, community building, and healthcare—you’re curious and want to make useful content for real people.
• Excellent writing skills—you can switch between formats, strike the right tone, and make complex ideas clear.
• You’re comfortable putting content into the world—even when it’s not “perfect.”
• You enjoy experimenting with new tools, especially AI-powered ones, and want to build efficient, modern workflows.
• You’re organised and reliable—you can juggle multiple threads and meet deadlines without much oversight.
• Bonus: Experience creating content for a brand, a student org, your own newsletter or LinkedIn, or a community project.
