Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Trainer to enhance the verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills of our employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in training professionals in the IT sector, helping them improve client communication, email etiquette, presentation skills, and cross-cultural communication. Key Responsibilities:
 Design and deliver communication training programs tailored for IT professionals. Conduct sessions on email writing, client communication, voice and accent, presentation skills, and active listening. Facilitate training on cross-cultural communication, especially for global client interactions. Assess communication skill levels through evaluations, mock calls, role plays, and feedback mechanisms. Develop engaging training materials, e-learning content, and handouts. Provide one-on-one coaching for employees who need additional support. Track and report training effectiveness through pre/post assessments and feedback. Collaborate with HR and team leads to identify communication gaps and training needs. Conduct refresher courses and update content based on employee performance and company requirements.Requirements:
 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field. Proven experience (2–5 years) as a communication trainer, preferably in the IT or corporate sector. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.  Ability to engage and inspire participants across different levels. Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, LMS, etc.). Preferred Skills:
 Certification in communication/soft skills training. Experience working with software engineers, developers, or IT support teams. Ability to deliver training in both virtual and in-person modes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
