Guided by our core values of integrity, innovation and customer satisfaction, we continue to redefine industry standards and exceed expectations. *Key Responsibilities* * *Branch Cluster Oversight:* Manage and coordinate operations at all White Gold branches in the Telangana–Andhra cluster; travel to branches every other day. * *Team Management:* Recruit, train, guide & mentor branch staff; conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance * *Sales & Business Development:* Set and drive achievement of revenue targets; develop local business development initiatives; explore new gold buying opportunities. * *Operational Excellence:* Monitor branch-level KPIs (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction); analyze branch performance data; drive process improvements . * *Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:* Rapidly address operational, customer or HR issues; serve as escalation point across branches . * *Customer Experience:* Ensure exceptional service at all touchpoints; implement mechanisms to gather feedback and drive continuous enhancements. * *Compliance & Standards:* Enforce adherence to company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, security protocols and audit readiness * *Inter-branch Coordination:* Facilitate communication between branch teams and HQ; streamline information flow and implement directives effectively * *Gender:* Male * *Age:* Up to 33 years * *Languages:* Fluent in English, Telugu * *Education:* Minimum Graduate (any discipline) *Experience & Skills:* * 3–5 years in retail management or cluster/area roles (FMCG/retail/financial services/gold-buying preferred) * Strong leadership, coaching & staff development abilities * Proven track record in achieving sales, profitability, operational KPIs * Excellent data analysis, problem-solving & strategic planning skills * Comfortable with field travel (every 2 days) and managing multiple locations simultaneously
