Cluster Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver revenue and AUM targets
• Engage with HNI/ultra-HNI clients to offer personalized investment solutions
• Guide clients on financial planning, portfolio performance, and product selection
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards
• Build and promote the wealth management brand in the region
• Monitor team performance and support talent development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in wealth management, BFSI sales, or financial advisory
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in managing HNI relationships and driving sales performance
